Welcome to Juine Juice

It’s officially Juine and things are heating up at Levr.Bet. All month long, we’re handing out the juice — big picks, sharp writeups, and real bets from the team. As part of the Juine Juice blog, Caz and TB will each be betting $500 PSP every day, sharing their reasoning and results so you can follow along (or fade if you dare). Each pick is backed by logic, data, and a healthy dose of conviction. No fluff — just pure betting alpha. Let’s get into today’s card:

Caz’s Picks:

Red Sox Vs Braves
Red Sox -130 2x $500 bet = $1.27K payout

The Boston Red Sox have a prime opportunity to secure a win against the Atlanta Braves today, thanks to the favorable matchup between left-handed starter Garrett Crochet and the Braves' struggles against left-handed pitching.

Garrett Crochet: A Dominant Force on the Mound

Garrett Crochet has been a standout performer for the Red Sox this season, boasting a remarkable 2.04 ERA despite a 4-4 record. His ability to limit runs and generate strikeouts has been a cornerstone of Boston's pitching success. Crochet's impressive 2024 season, where he recorded a 3.58 ERA with 209 strikeouts over 146 innings, earned him the American League Comeback Player of the Year award .

Braves' Struggles Against Left-Handed Pitching

The Atlanta Braves have shown a noticeable decline in performance when facing left-handed pitchers. In their last 10 games against lefties, the Braves have managed a batting average of just .233, with an on-base percentage of .287 and a slugging percentage of .383, culminating in a .670 OPS . This contrasts sharply with their overall season performance, where they have a .254 batting average against left-handed pitching .

Conclusion

Given Garrett Crochet's exceptional form and the Braves' ongoing difficulties against left-handed pitching, the Red Sox are well-positioned to capitalize on this matchup. By leveraging Crochet's strengths and exploiting the Braves' vulnerabilities, Boston has a clear path to victory in today's game.

TB’s Picks:

Rockies vs. Mets
Mets 5x $500 to win $1.7k

This is pretty straight forward for me, Rockies are by far the worst hitting team in the league and today they have a gas can on the mound.  Carson Palmquist got smacked around in the minors and so far in a small sample size has gotten rocked in the majors.  Giving up a .384 wOBA with a tiny 2%k right to righties, while giving up a .488 wOBA to left handed hitters.

This Mets lineup should cruise against this leftie, don’t overthink this. If your worried drop it down to 3x.
